This year, The Female Lead's ground-breaking research team will be shining a light on hybrid working and understanding what good looks like with a focus on gender and intersectionality.

Our qualitative research will be conducted by Dr Madeleine Wyatt, Reader in Diversity andInclusion at King's Business School, combined with big data from our global and national Fulfilment Finder and support from The Female Lead's inspirational Women - making it robust and ground-breaking.
We are engaging with organisations of all sizes based in the UK and US and interview employees on their experience of hybrid working and what good looks like to them. The research will culminate in a long form academic report, short-form report and a toolkit with recommendations for best practice.
